So to help you out we have compiled our top 5 favourites for you (in no particular order) – based on a number of criteria such as cost, travel time from UK, hotel recommendations, minimal time zone changes, restaurants, and great things to do for your incentive travel.

1) Dubai:

Dubai is a cosmopolitan oasis, a futuristic cityscape that towers over the Arabian Desert and is a city of superlatives, home to the world’s largest dancing fountain; tallest building (Burj Khalifa); only 6-star hotel (the Burj al-Arab); largest artificial islands (the Palm Islands) and remains a top choice for all incentive travel.

Travelling from Dubai to UK is approximately 6 hrs, 55 mins and is 3 or 4 hours ahead of Uk depending on the time of year

For places to stay, if you want the  in ultimate luxury then you  go for  7-star accommodation, you can check in at Burj al-Arab, but for more reasonable price point we still love the classic Jumeriah Beachor the Mina al Salam.

Dubai offers so much by way of things to do, from designer shopping to Camel Polo (yes really), sand boarding, skydinving and gournmet restaurants there is something for everyone and every budget. See our blog on places to eat in Dubai to check out some of our favourite places to experience.

2) Iceland:

Don’t be fooled by its name, because Iceland has volcanic landscape of geysers, hot springs, waterfalls, glaciers and black-sand beaches. Its capital, Reykjavik, is home to the majority of the population, runs on geothermal power and offers a renowned nightlife scene as well as Viking history museums. The glaciers in Vatnajökull and Snæfellsnes national parks are popular for ice climbing, hiking and snowmobiling and dont forget the must see Blue Lagoon

UK to Iceland is 2 hrs, 38 mins

If you want want something to wow then consider the Ion Iceland Hotel. Things you don’t want to miss in Iceland would be visiting Skaftafell Skaftafell’s blend of highland plateau, summer meadows and ice-blue glaciers are best explored by hiking, biking or climbing. The cave below is so breathtaking and totally reminds you of Frozen. “The cold never bothered me anyway” LOL!

3) Monaco:

Monaco is an hour ahead of UK and travel time is about  1 hour 30 mins. A small city-state overlooking the pristine blue waters of the Mediterranean, it’s a place famed for its glamour and wealth. The Palais Princier, former home of Princess Grace and current home of her son, Prince Albert II, is at the top of the cliff-bound medieval Monaco-Ville. The main city of Monte Carlo, is a neighborhood soaked in sun, money, and expensive champagne, and home to the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix, the European Poker Tour, and the Monte Carlo Rally.

Hotel Hermitage is the one for you if you have a partners included event. From arrival and checking in, to the checking out, you can expect the whole experience wil be perfect in this stunning hotel

A must in Monaco is the short helicopter transfer from Nice airport – and its gets your incentive travel event off to a truely impressive start.

4) New York:

Of course, you know New York City from film, TV and song. But visit this fabulous city and you’ll find a restless, energetic city with culture, sports, history, restaurants and shopping in abundance. Once you’ve visited well-loved landmarks such as the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, you can step off the beaten path in thousands of directions: the medieval Cloisters museum in upper Manhattan, The High Line, Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, a tour of pizzerias in Brooklyn… just to name a few.

UK is ahead of New York 5 hours and flight time is around 8 hours

New York is bustling with lots of people from different culture around the world so it won’t be a surprise to find a range of restaurants here. We love love love Santina and its hard to beat Dean & Deluca for people watching and a lunch on the go.

There are so many great hotels in the big apple but a few of our favourites are Chambers, TheGiraffe, Ganseevort Park Avenue and the Andaz.  The Highline Hotel is also a recent find and if like me you miss the pooch when travelling, go down to the Highline on the weekend morning and the fab reception coffee bar is filled with locals and their fabulous pets just hanging out!

And to finish it all off make sure you take a selfie with the Lady Liberty! A long-ago gift from the French, Lady Liberty has come to symbolize New York City, and even America. No matter how often I see her, she still gives me the chills.

5) Marrakech:

Where do we start? one of our all time favourite places and a rich mix of history, culture, great cuisine and near perfect weather make this the perfect incentive travel destination. There truely is something for eveyone here. There is golf, spas, shopping, culture and relaxing

Flight time is only 4 hours from UK and no time change so the prefect destination and the airport is only 15 mins from the city.

The reasonable prices make this the perfect location for your incentive helped enormously by the fact that In recent years there has been huge amount of new luxury hotels opening in Marrakech. Our absolute favourite is the Royal Palms. For smaller groups we would suggest a Riad inside the Medina and there are so many great choices that we can recommend.
